• As HostLog.net; We are committed to keeping our clients personal details and data private, and it will not be revealed to any third party except for the governmental departments upon a formal request.

• The client is fully responsible for his account content and any other activity comes from it.

• HostLog provides stability and security for its servers with an up-time up to 99.99%

• HostLog keeps daily, weekly, and monthly backups, which will be kept only for two weeks. In all cases; It's the client responsibility to keep a backup of his files and data.

• The client will be provided with a control panel which he can use to administrate his account and monitor his quota and monthly traffic (Bandwidth). Note: When exceeding your monthly Bandwidth, your account will be auto-suspended, and you can update your plan or increase your monthly bandwidth for an extra fee.

• HostLog provides technical support for external software (Scripts) for additional fee of $20/Hour.

• In case of the client compromises our servers, or any hacking attempt, his account will be immediately suspended and fully deleted with no responsibility on HostLog whatsoever. In addition to several law actions which will be taken accordingly.

• All of these content an software are prohibited, which includes and not limited to; IRC, SPAM, Mailing lists, any other content that conflicts with the common laws and regulations, Unauthorized use of any Copy Righted materials, Unlicensed software ( VB forums for an example ), Cracks, Serials, Warez, or any other content that has been classified by HostLog as an illegal content.

• It's fully prohibited to host any terrorism materials and websites, incitation against any religion, groups, and individuals. Adult content is also prohibited, and any other political content that has been classified by HostLog as an illegal content.

• The client has the right to send a newsletter to his website or forum members once a week maximum, only during the off-peak time (12 am - 8 am), and not to exceed 500 members per sending circle.

• Account renew: it's the clients full responsibility to follow up his account renewal dates, and pay the invoice before or at the same day of his account creation date. In case of not renewing the account, it will be fully deleted at the same day of the account creation date, and we will not be responsible to the client for any data loss by any mean.

• HostLog is not responsible for any Domain name that hasn't been registered by HostLog, and the domain name will be the client responsibility.

• In some cases, HostLog has the right to cancel any account without any explanation, and the client has the right to get a refund for the remaining period of his account plan.

• This agreement is fully compulsory to the client, and HostLog has the right to modify, deleted or add any additional terms without notifying the client, and it is the client responsibility to keep it updated in his records.
